-Husband, mom, aunt-in-law and sister-in-law all fell forward in the chair onto the floor separate occasions. Now I have a 1 year old who every time he comes near the chair to touch it it slides so now it is even more of a safety hazard. -Dining room Chair -husband just missed hitting his face against the glass table and a few other family members have almost done the exact same thing. It is at the point where we have to warn people before they sot down to have their buttox at the back of the chair or they will fall.
