The product, in the report: Disney Pixar CARS 2 Mini Saucer Chair for children
I purchased a Disney Pixar Cars 2 Mini Saucer Chair from Anna’s Linens on 7/10/2014 for my 4 year old son. Within 2 hours of having the chair at home, my youngest son who is almost 2 fell into the chair while playing and sustained a laceration to the back of his head. It began bleeding profusely and we took him to the ER where he had to have a staple put in his head to stop the bleeding/assist with healing. Upon inspection of the chair, I noticed there were 2 extremely sharp/pointed metal pieces where the “pins” should be in order to keep the chair open/upright.

The product, in the report: Bean bag chair
The bean bag chair has foam beads inside of it made of polystyrene. The chairs are sealed with no zipper. She found her one year old grandson had the beads in his mouth. The consumer says that she is a registered nurse and says that the beads posed a threat to her grandson and could kill him had he swallowed them. The chair was purchased for an older sibling’s birthday.
The consumer says the bean bag carries a label that states “children can suffocate from the filling of this chair, do not open this chair for any reason. If chair is damaged or broken, please throw away immediately and keep away from children.”
