The product, in the report: dawnspaces Office Chair with recline UPC SYA04H-0089-01-
We ordered an office chair from Wayfair manufactured by Latitude Run. (Wayfair Skew #W006626481) but what we got was an office chair by Dawnspaces from China. It was not what we ordered. The chair, after assembly fell over backwards with my wife in it when she tested the recline feature, striking her head and neck on a piece of furniture. She could have been seriously injured in this chair.
