No one hurt Made Feb 12, 2021, sent to the company Mar 25, 2021, published by CPSC Apr 8, 2021
The product, in the report: Bucket Kitchen chair, which can be raised and lower (sold in multiple colors)
The chair can be raised and lowered by a lever. However, the consumer sat in the bucket chair and felt as if he would fall over.
The cushion is rounded in a bubble and it felt as if he would fall backwards.
The consumer purchased a set of chairs a few years ago. He purchased what he thought was a similar chair recently (Feb 2021), but the design was changed. The new design is definitely unsafe and if they consumer had not grabbed something while sitting in the chair, he could have fallen and became seriously injured.
The consumer said that the chair can also be viewed on overstock.com
The chair was returned to overstock.com as defective. I received a full refund/
