Caller stated that she was in chair when it collapsed and she fell on her head. She stated that there has been a recall by another retailer but she purchased hers from another seller and experienced the same problem as the recall. No injury was sustained by the incident.
Caller feels that these chairs are a safety hazard and should be recalled.
