The product, in the report: Dining chairs

Consumer is reporting that the dining chairs has a design flaw that cause tipping over. There has been no injuries but children had fallen off the chair because of the safety issue. The chair tips backwards to the floor while using it. He stated that there is nothing to balance the cushion on the seat which might be the issue. He stated that his neighbor have similar chairs but they have a solid wood that the cushion seat sits on which balances the chair.

11/2011 Consumer noticed this problem after purchase and contacted the manufacturer, he was informed that they were not aware of a problem with their chairs. He contacted them again 12/20/16 and was advised that the chairs are not under warranty, he informed that this was not a warranty issue but a safety issue and he did contact them the same year he purchased the chairs.

Consumer is concerned that these chairs are a safety hazard and should be recalled.
