The product, in the report: Charleston 3 PC Swivel Glider with red cushions & table. SKU 810214769

Charleston 3 PC Swivel GL, sold by Big Lots, vendor is Garden Best. I purchased this set off the sales floor and really enjoyed entertaining outside on my deck in it. One day, a neighbor & I were drinking coffee enjoying the sounds of country living while on the deck. All of the sudden my neighbor fell backwards in the chair. I jumped up to catch her fall. She was fine, but the chair was not. I flip the chair over to check the bottom of it to be sure it was still safe to sit in. Only to find all four welded pieces on the bottom not bolted together.

I’m no expert, but it looks to me like the part wasn’t welded properly. I’ve reached out to Big Lots regarding this incident. The set is only five months old and ask them what can I do since it was purchased off the floor and I had no information regarding the manufacturer. Big Lots put me in touch with Garden Best. I left a message, as no one answered the phone during business hours. I’m currently awaiting a call back from the manufacturer.
