The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. First aid

Made Jun 3, 2020, sent to the company Jun 30, 2020, published by CPSC Jul 15, 2020

The product, in the report: “BestMassage Office Desk Gaming Chair High Back Computer Task Swivel Executive Racingchair for BackSupport with Lumbar Support Adjust Armrest (White)” “High Back Gaming Chair PC Office Chair Racing Computer Chair Task PU Desk Chair Ergonomic Swivel Rolling Chair with Lumbar Support Headrest for Back Pain Women Adults Gamer (White)”

My child was playing a video game in the chair when he left his room and showed me that his right arm was bleeding. I noticed that he had a laceration on it and he told me it was from the armrest on his gaming chair. Upon inspection, I noted that the chair has three pins or nails poking up through each armrest. The padding is not thick enough to stop the pins from poking through, thus causing injury.
