The product, in the report: Dining Room chair, oak colored with a light burgundy seat cushion. Product is made by BestBeTeck (Korea) and imported by Acme Furniture of Calif.

I purchased 6 dining chairs. My husband sat on a chair and it completely collapsed. Luckily he was not hurt. He is well under 200 pounds. Then several weeks later I was sitting on another chair and heard a crack. The chair had splintered, though I did not fall as I jumped up in time. However, if this had happened to an elderly or out of shape person they could have been seriously hurt.

The chairs are manufactured by BestBeteck (Korea) and imported by Acme Furniture of Calif.
