The product, in the report: Bergamo children’s wooden table and chairs set product number DA529N - MOV by Jardine Enterprise

We own a Bergamo children’s wooden table and chairs set (light stain). We have had it for roughly 4 years. We use it for our child to eat dinner and other meals. It’s not used as a toy or used roughly. Over the last couple of months we have twice located large screws in the middle of the carpet near the table and chairs (we have a small dog and a child so this was shocking and worrisome). We discovered they have fallen out of the chair where attached at the bottom under the seat to attach the seat top to the wood frame of the chair. In trying to put them back in it is obvious they are stripped and fall right back out of the chair. We have only used the table and chairs for normal child activity so this seems very odd and dangerous.

The first incident happened roughly 9/2015. Second incident was today, 11/6/2015.
