The product, in the report: Swivel chair
Caller stated that the base of the swivel chair broke in 4 places. The chair cannot be used due to the damages. The manufacturer was contacted and they informed him that they were unable to assist.
Caller stated that he had only had the chair for almost 2 years. He stated that his spouse was sitting in it when the incident occurred, no injuries were sustained from the incident. Caller stated that there have been several complaints online about these chairs. Caller feels that this chair poses a safety hazard and should be recalled.
