The product, in the report: 90 Brown Leather Chairs R-279 Leather Dining Chairs
We purchased 90 restaurant chairs in 2015 from a company in Canada. Within a couple of months, the seat back of the chair began to break on several of the chairs. This poses a potential risk of injury when the seat back goes back further than it should when someone is not suspecting it to. We contacted the company immediately but they would not offer us any help. Over the past year, 30+ chairs have broken in exactly the same manner. Frustrated, we again contacted the company but all they would offer was to replace 10 chairs. Since they all appeared to be defective we did not want any more of these chairs as they pose a potential for injury. We contacted a company and had the chairs evaluated. I am going to send you the results ofthe testing and evaluation.
