The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: ARDEN HILLS 4 PEICE PATION CONVERSATION SET

I purchased a Arden Hills set of patio furniture through Walmart online. They were shipped unassembled. As I began to assemble them I discovered the bolts supplied to hold the pieces together are defective. Just trying to screw the bolts into place caused the bolt head to detach from the threaded body of the bolt. If this happened when someone was using the chair it could collapse. It was not just one bolt but five bolts in one package failed in this fashion. I will go to the hardware store to get bolts that will stay in one piece and discard all that were supplied with the set of furniture. This is a link to the advertisement on walk mart’s website-- http://www.walmart.com/ip/Small-Spaces-4-Piece-Wicker-Conversation-Set-Brown-Seats-4/29002324
