The product, in the report: https://www.akracing.com/products/akracing-masters-series-premium-gaming-chair AKRacing Master Series Premium Gaming Chair. Color Artica.

The chair tipped over (front side). I purchased the chair from Amazon in June 2020. After assembly I had 1 tip over right away. Another tip over occurred within the next 3 months. The third time occurred today when the chair tipped over and I injured my shoulder. The product is AKRacing Masters Series Premium Gaming Chair. https://www.akracing.com/products/akracing-masters-series-premium-gaming-chair I was using the chair at my home office behind a desk and when I was getting up from the chair it tipped over forwards with the chair moving backwards and ejecting my body forwards. I am feeling pain from my shoulder after this event. The injury occurred when the chair ejected my body.

The product, in the report: Akracing Gaming chair by Akracing, marketed for big/tall people with an advertised weight limit of 400lbs. Purchased from bestbuy.com. Akracing - Masters Series Max Gaming Chair - Black/Indigo Model: AK-MAX-BK/IN SKU: 6413329 Model AK-MAX-BK/IN

    Akracing - Masters Series Max Gaming Chair - Black/Indigo Model:AK-MAX-BK/IN SKU:6413329

I purchased this product from best buy in December 2020. This product is poorly engineered and has tipped over, dumping me onto the floor, 3 times since I got it. Most recently today. And several more near misses. It seems like the wheel base is too small for the chair, which is marketed for big and tall people with a weight capacity of 400lbs. (I am well below the limit, for the record).

It only takes a minimal amount of moving/reaching/leaning forward, consistent with normal use of a chair, to cause the chair to tip and slip out from under me. I’ve noticed several reviews on [REDACTED] that note the same issue. This product is unsafe.

The product, in the report: AKRacing Chair Model. Core Series Ex-Wide Gaming Chair AK-EX

For Christmas, I bought my husband a supposedly “high end” chair made by AKRacing. I paid nearly $500 for it. My husband recently transitioned to working from home a few weeks before Christmas and he wanted a better chair than the one he had. Three times now, this chair has tipped right over with him in it for absolutely no reason. It just happened again about 15-20 minutes ago while I was standing right there. He went to roll back to grab something off the printer and the chair fell right over. He slammed his shoulder on our hardwood floor, the same shoulder that he had rotator cuff surgery on about 7 years ago, and now he is in severe pain as this fall caused damage to the repair that he had several years ago. He is now facing additional surgery for a repair of the repair. According to some reviews I have been reading, this is a very common issue with this brand of gaming chairs and the company refuses to acknowledge it or do anything about it and they blow every customer off who reports this issue to them. I was already in contact with this company about this last week, whose customer service is RUDE, arrogant, and condescending. I took photos of the chair and also sent them my proof of purchase. The arrogant little puke from AK Racing ([REDACTED]) who responded to my email accused me of sending “fake photos” and that the photos were not really of my chair, even though I sent about 5 or 6 photos AND sent my proof of purchase that shows my name, address, and the exact chair that I bought and when I bought it. This guy accused me of trying to “scam” them. I have never been so furious at a company in my life.
