The product, in the report: green Bean bag chair 40 inches

Purchased the bean bag chair at wal mart in blairsville Georgia . The bean bag chairs were purchased for gifts around january 2013

These bags did not last long with children playing with the etc , My nephew in the case got the zipper open and had the foam beads everywhere , i thought at the time it was just a cheap product and sewed the zippers. This was after my nephew swallowed some foam beads and had inhaled them into his nose and mouth. With time and paitence we were abale to get the foam beads from the childs nose and mouth not sure of how many he swallowed we contacted the hospital which gave us directions to watch the child and make sure everything was ok and if anything strange came up to dial 911 . luckily everything was fine ,
