The product, in the report: Securebrite Rechargeable Touch Table Lamp
A charging cord melted and it burned a hole in the carpet. The product is a rechargeable Touch Table Lamp. I use the product (62 yr. young woman). Product, cord, was plugged in to outlet but not in the lamp. The end of the cord that connects to the lamp melted (melted the metal connector completely off and burnt the end) and melted/burned the carpet. No injuries.
