The product, in the report: New York Skyline Touch Lamp (ASIN B01I3T2RFA, Model # CW344)

New York Skyline Touch Lamp (ASIN B01I3T2RFA, Model # CW344) was turned on and sitting next to me on my desk when all of sudden I started to smell smoke. The base of the lamp had caught on fire and burned the top part of the desk. Luckly I happened to be next to it when it happened and I quickly unplugged it. Very scary as this item had a high potential to cause the entire house to catch on fire.
