Floor armchair lamp with built in magnifying glass made by Mighty Bright. Has been beside the couch near the bay window with curtains. With curtains open, the 2:30/3:00 pm sun hit the lens just right that our couch started to burn and has 3 holes in it now. Our 2 ½ year old child had moved it earlier to play in the window sill and that is why it was positioned down low enough to cause the lamp to be in the position it was to burn the couch. I do not recall seeing that warning with the lamp in the user manual when we purchased it this past Christmas.
