The product, in the report: I’ll start out by saying i don’t have a receipt or an exact date i bought this. Last year i bought a universal folding light, purchased at menards on [REDACTED] OMAHA, NE 68154. SKU is 353-3087 that is 150watt rated. Long and short a couple of weeks after i bought this, it began to flicker, i moved it and it was ok. a few days ago, it turned into a strobe light of sorts and then went to just a dim flashing light. i replaced it this morning, and to my shock there were two areas right above the base that were melted and showed signs of burns. if there is a place to attach pics it would be helpful to show you. this does carry the “UL” seal as well as intertek 5017370 seal and conforms to us std 1993. i don’t have the box it came with, but i’m pretty sure it was made by chinese politcal prisoners at one point.
