The product, in the report: Coastal Collectors Lamp filled with sea shells

I was dusting end table that lamp sits on. I knocked into the glass base with my right pinky. An approximately 2 x2 inch piece of glass shattered. I received a large cut. Went to emergency room and received six stitches on end of pinky. It’s been over a month and still having problems with the end of my finger. Returned lamps to Bed Bath & Beyond. Received a refund and filed a claim which in turn was forwarded to manufacturer.
