The product, in the report: The product is a digital scale. The top is either glass or a glass-like material affixed over a gray background. “KITCHEN GURUS” is printed at the top. “UNITS” and “ZERO” are printed at the bottom on each side of a digital display window. Two arcs of a circle connect the printing. The size is approximately 200mm x 185mm x 15mm.
The Greater Goods digital scale recall of 30 January 2025 does not include model number 0475, even though this model clearly includes an unsecured button battery cover. They claim my scale is not impacted by the recall. I disagree.
