The block plug for the Monebena Kids Cat Alarm Clock was plugged into the wall and charging the clock. I noticed the clock was not on so I checked the plug and the plate with the prongs that go into the outlet had come off of the block. The block had fallen to the floor and the plate was still plugged into the outlet. I touched it and was shocked. That plate should not come apart from the block. Clock was purchased from Amazon.
