The product, in the report: Verizon Wireless ECO Micro-USB Wall Charger for [REDACTED] or Other Devices with Micro USB Charging Port
Fire hazard: I was issued a Verizon eco-charge suitable for my mobile device. It is called Verizon Wireless ECO Micro-USB Wall Charger for [REDACTED] or Other Devices with Micro USB Charging Port.
It worked fine for a few months and then suddenly started smoking. I unplugged it. If I had been away from my office for more than a few minutes, my office could have caught on fire.
