The product, in the report: 1200w power supply unit
I bought a Thermaltake power supply unit from Best Buy. I installed it and it worked perfectly for 11 days. Last night there was an extremely loud boom and my pc lost power. I stood up to to see if my dog had hit the power cord when I saw the power supply unit had massive sparks flying out of it. I immediately pull the power cord from the pc. After researching the issue. It has been to many people other people. The crazy thing is Best Buy and Thermaltake dont care at all that this could have burned down my house.
