The product, in the report: Samnsung Laptop Battery Charger, Model Code: NP-Q430-JSB1US

I bought Samsung laptop Q430 about 14 months ago and the battery charger casing just open up last week for no reason when I just hold it to charge the computer and it was exposing the element inside. It is a safety issue since I have two young children in my household. I called Samsung on February 27 to report the incident and requested them to replace the charger and they told me that I am out of warranty and nothing they could do about it and I just need to purchase replacement charger. I have been using laptop for a very long time and this is the first time I use Samsung and Samsung product is just not reliable, only over a year it is already fell apart. I used other products that could last 6 to 8 years. Moreover, the custmore service is not very helpful in addressing the issue.
