The product, in the report: charger for HP Pavilion Dv7 laptop computer. Manufactured by Delta Electronics (Jiangsu) Ltd. ACDC Adapter KTC HU10104-8193 CT:WBGSV0BCX2BWTU

Product is used to charge my HP Pavillion Dv7 laptop. HP recalled the power cord to the charger. I received a new power cord, free of charge. The new power cord has now made the charger overheat to the point that you cannot even hold the charger and I burned my hand. I have called HP to try to inform them of the problem and was transferred 4 times. The 4th person asked me if I had burned myself and once they found out I did he stopped the conversation and said another department would be in contact with me in 24 hrs.
