The product, in the report: Ipod wall adaptor/charger from Philips model DLP2249/17 It is white with foldable prongs to plug into a wall outlet.
I purchased an ipod wall charger/adapter in December 2011. When I went to use it last week I noticed that the plastic (that holds the prongs in) was cracked and partially missing. One of the prongs was so loose that it could be easily removed which would have allowed it to become lodged in an outlet if I had plugged it in without noticing the loose prong. The adapter is made by Philips model DLP2249/17
