The product, in the report: Microsoft Xbox Plug and Play charger serial number 02370051822948
Son’s “plug and Play” charger for his xbox video game overheated. It got so hot that it melted a hole through the charger. I’ve called Microsoft several times regarding the issue, but each time they just tell me that they will have someone call. My son received a minor burn when unplugging this, but if we hadn’t noticed it I believe it could have started a house fire.
