The product, in the report: iXCC® Dual USB 4.8 Amp (24 Watt) SMART High Capacity [High Power] AC Travel Wall Charger Amazon Link: http://www.amazon.com/iXCC-Travel-Charger-Smartphones-Tablets/dp/B00UKCDZLY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1457887215&sr=8-1&keywords=iXCC+24W+4.8A+Dual+USB+Smart+Travel+Wall+Charger+for+Smartphones+and+Tablets+-+White

The item is USB wall charger. The description on Amazon reads: iXCC® Dual USB 4.8 Amp (24 Watt) SMART High Capacity [High Power] AC Travel Wall Charger.

The unit stopped charging. When I removed it from the electrical outlet to investigate the negative and positive pins from the device stayed in the electrical outlet. The part of the pin that was supposed to be held inside the device were now sticking out of the electric outlet presenting a shock/electrocution danger.

I had to turn off the electricity to the wall outlets, confirm with a meter that the outlet was no longer energized and used needle nosed plyers to easily remove the pins. They were not ‘stuck’ in the electric outlet - in fact they came out quite easily.

I looked at a 2nd identical iXCC charger that we have and pulled on the pins - one immediately came out with almost zero effort, it was not fixed inside the device in any apparent way due to how easily it came out.
