The product, in the report: iSmooth charger for ipad/phone by Intertrek Mode No WC-1
When I lightly touched ipad/phone charger which was connected the extension cord; it suddenly flared up in the flame: I wanted to do some thing so I grabbed the part of the extention cord and it flared up again every time I moved it : I ran into a kitchen to get a bucket of water and finally unplugged it from the outlet; It stopped flaring up but it burnt my bed side drawer and could have become a serious fire if I had unplugged it a minute later:
