The product, in the report: New First Energy Ohio smart meters

We began having power fluctuations shortly after the power company installed a smart meter at our house. The problem worsened as time went on until the power went out completely. When the power company sent a guy out, he pulled the meter and we could see that it had been arcing and had fried and melted part of our meter base. He said we were not the first to have this problem. It is now my responsibility to pay for a new meter base and I intend to demand an analog meter be put back in.
