I purchased a two pack of Feit Electric wireless dimmer switches at my local Costco and had them installed by a licensed electrician. A few days later smoke and flames began coming from the switch. Fire investigators advised the issue was a problem with the switch.

The product, in the report: Led dimmer switch.
Light switch is Feit 3-way LED dimer switch. SKU 017801723021. Purchased at Costco. One day the rocker stopped rocking and became limp. When I tried to push the top to turn it on it started buzzing and smoking. Then the plastic switch flew out and there was a hole with a spring stickout out that was actively sparking. I have 3 others installed and am quite scared now.
