The product, in the report: Lap top computer power cord for [REDACTED] computer.

I purchased a power cord for my [REDACTED] from Battdepot.com, part# AC19V90K3. When I plug the cord into the wall socket it produces a big spark. It does this on any electrical wall outlet I have tried.

This is a shock hazard and potential fire hazard. If a young person were to use this, they would be at great risk for electrical shock.

Contacted Battdepot and advise them of the hazard. They were not responsive and showed no concern over the safety of their product.

Please look into this product before somebody is injured by it or it burns someones house down.
