My home has light switches with Bar Code UPC 85007 66013. Has 660-WG on label below UPC. So far every light switch I have checked are broken and it is not from installation. My home was built in 2000. This is a serious safety concern, after fining a light still on when it was switched off due to arching. Thankfully, I was home at the time or my home could have burned down.
