The product, in the report: Remote Super Switch
I think 3 yrs ago I bought a “Super Switch” manufactured by King Sound Ent. Co. Ltd. at Costco, Yonkers, NY. This morning I woke up by a severe burnt smell and I found out that it came from the Super Switch that I bought from you. The unit was begun to melt and covered with smoke residue it’s better that our electrical switch tripped off - stopping the fire to happened. I informed you to check this item that may cause problems. Hope I informed you accordingly.
