We installed “Outlet Plug Covers (32 Pack) Clear Child Proof Electrical Protector Safety Caps - Jool Baby” as part of baby-proofing our home for our nine-month-old’s safety. Within seconds, my nine-month-old was able to pull out the installed outlet protector. This created a severe dual hazard of 1) unprotected outlet, and 2) choking risk.
