The product, in the report: Flying Paper balloon (lighted)
The consumer says the product floats into the air like a heated baloon. It floats until lit and than falls to the ground.
The consumer says that this poses as aserious fire hazard. She says that the labels state to not use near airports, not to use near dry crops, always keep water near by and wear flame retardant clothing, never smoke while handling the lanterns and she says those are just a few.
