The product, in the report: Butane torch it was orange with the brand name on the front. I dont have the item any longer as it was destroyed by the fire along with all of my stuff inside the car there nothing but metal left.
I was using an eagle brand torch and it caught fire in my hand huge flame. My reaction was to get it out of my hand which I threw it resulting in it going under my seat of my vehicle. It was instantly a huge fire that was going under my seat before I was able to get out of my vehicle and try to extinguish the flames. The lighter then exploded which was very scary and then made the fire more intense. I had already started to use water from my car to try and out the fire out however it wasnt even lessening the flames. Eventually I got a fire extinguisher but it wasnt enough to stop the fire and my vehicle along with everything that was in it was a complete loss due to the malfunction of this product.
