The product, in the report: Toddler table manufactured by Toddler Tables.
We have toddler tables at our daycare center. The tables are from Toddler Tables. While the children were sitting at the table being served a snack, the table literally broke in half. Luckily, our teachers were right there and were able to grab the children immediately. One child was scratched in several places on his leg. If the teacher were not there, we were afraid his leg could have been crushed. We contacted the people at Toddler Tables and they told us we must have been using excessive force on the table. We were not at all using excessive force. We were simply serving the children a snack. We will email you the exchange between us and the company. Our concern is that this could happen at other centers. We are removing every single Toddler Table from our center as the event was so traumatic. We just keeping thinking what could have happened and we don’t want it to happen to any other children at any other center. We will send the photo of the table.
