Hurt, no treatment Made Jan 7, 2022, sent to the company Jan 12, 2022, published by CPSC Jan 27, 2022
The product, in the report: Purchased from Black Forest Decor, but when we reached out to them, they refused to tell us the manufacturer. These side tables have wood looking tops, metal legs, and sharp metal sides with images of trees and bears. They are about 2 feet tall, 22 inches long, and 12 inches wide.
We purchased two end tables for our living room from Black Forest Decor on May 10, 2019. The tables have decorative metal sides below the the table top on all four sides. The metal is very sharp, and I injured my hand while reaching down to pick something up, and our dog bumped into it and got injured. Since then, we had to place cardboard over the side so that our dog, and our 3-year old granddaughter doesn’t get injured. I have also bruised my hand just reaching over to pick up an object from the floor. These tables are extremely dangerous. We contacted Balck Forest Decor, but they refused to take the tables back or provide a replacement.
