The product, in the report: Pariplus Grill Stand for [REDACTED] Pizza Oven - Portable, Foldable Grill Table with Wheels & Side Shelf
Hello, We purchased the roduct: Pariplus Grill Stand for [REDACTED] Pizza Oven - Portable, Foldable Grill Table with Wheels & Side Shelf from Amazon. Unfortunately, Dec 24th ,2025, the grill collapsed on my husbands hands. This required a trip to the [REDACTED] Hospital Emergency Room. Nearly cut the tops off his finger off. He was trapped in car until I was able to go release him. Multiple stitches to 4 fingers. I have been unable to find information on the company. I received an email from Amazon, stating it is hazardous, unfortunately we are aware. I have pictures and medical reports and would like to see if we have recourse against the company for medical and loss of work days. Any pertinent information would be appreciated. While we thought it was a fluke accident, it appears that is not the case. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

Emergency room Made Jun 26, 2025, sent to the company Jun 30, 2025, published by CPSC Jul 15, 2025
The product, in the report: grill stand for Ninja woodfire OG700/OG800/OG900 series Pro XL and OO101 Pizza oven portable, foldable grill table with wheels and side shelf. 30 inch tall, 21.6 inch wide 33.9 long
I was moving the grill stand and tilted it up to use the wheels. Then the stand just collapsed on my fingers and locked in place. I couldn’t open it myself, so I started screaming for help. My sister-in-law heard me and came to help. She had a hard time getting it open to release my fingers. When we finally got it open, it had cut off the tip of my little finger and started cutting the second finger, and smashed the other two fingers. so smashed all four fingers and cut off the tip of my little finger.
