The product, in the report: O-Palier model# 561-02, series 41 tempered glass top dinning table
We purchased an expensive O-Palier tempered glass top dinning table (model# 561-02, series# 41) and 6 chairs in January 2010 from Macy’s Furniture. On April 24, 2012 around 7:30 PM, we heard a loud boom and noticed that the glass top exploded into billion pieces. Fortunately no one was sitting close to the table. This was really scary and definitely a safety issue.
