The product, in the report: LUNA TEMPERED GLASS 52 INCH TABLE TOP WITH MERLOT WOOD BASE AND MATCHING CHAIRS.

AT APPROXIMATELY 11 PM ON 7/19/19 MY DAUGHTER AND HER BOYFRIEND WERE FINSIHING THERE DINER AT OUR DINNING ROOM TABLE. APPROXIMATELY 10 MINUTES LATER I LAID ON THE COUCH APPROXIMATELY 20 FEET FROM THE DINING ROOM TABLE WHEN THE TABLE EXPLOED THROWING GLASS THROUGHT 4 ROOMS ON MY FIRST FLOOR AND INBEDDING GLASS SHARDS IN MY RIGHT ARM. THANK GOD MY KIDS WERE NOT STILL EATING AT THIS TABLE. I WENT TO THE FURNITURE STORE VALUE CITY IN DEARBORN MICHIGAN AND SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER ON 7 /20/19 AT APPROXIMATELY 10 AM, HOWEVER, SHE STATES THEY DON’T REPORT INCIDENTS LIKE THIS TO THE GOVERNMENT. I CONTACTED THE WARRANTY COMPANY ON 7 /20/19 AND THEY DID NOT SEEM CONCERNED THAT THE GLASS TABLE SPONTANEOUSLY EXPLODED CAUSING INJURY AND POTENTIAL INJURIES. IN FACT, THEY ARENT SURE HOW THEY Will RECTIFY THE SITUATION AT THIS POINT, CASE PENDING. THIS SITUATION COULD HAVE BEEN A TRADEGY FOR ME AND MY FAMILY AND NO ONE APPEARS STUNNED OR CONCERNED ABOUT THE MAGNITUDE OR GRAVITY OF THIS INCIDIENT. I AM GRAVELY CONCERNED ABOUT THIS INCIDIENT AS THERE WAS NO WARNING THAT THIS COULD OCCUR, IF I HAD KNOWN I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED ANYTHING THAT HAD THE ABILITY TO EXPLODE AND SHAKE MY HOME AND INJURY MY FAMILY. I LEARNED TODAY 7 /22/19 THAT THE MANUFACTURER NAJARIAN FURNITURE IN VIETNAM DISCONTINUED THE TABLE.
