How badly anyone was hurt

  • No one hurt 1 CPSC: Incident, No Injury

As each report says it, in short words; CPSC’s own words are under each.

The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. No one hurt

Made Sep 16, 2021, sent to the company Oct 4, 2021, published by CPSC Oct 19, 2021

The product, in the report: 6’ indoor, folding table (soft-white-greyish in color)

9/15/2021: The consumer was in the process of setting up the table, but had difficulty getting it to stand up securely.

As she inspected it, she saw that the table’s locking mechanism would spin and not lock in place. Therefore, she did not set up the table, because it has the potential to collapse and presents the exact same issue, stated in CPSC Recall# [REDACTED].

She called the firm’s recall number, Tel: (800-292-3865 ), but she was told that this model was not under recall and out of warranty.

The consumer then asked the rep. (name unknown), if she could file a report with them. But the rep. told her that they don’t take reports. She then asked the rep. where she could file a report and the rep. suggested CPSC.
