The product, in the report: Garden Oasis East Point 7 Pc. Dining Set Sold by Sears Sears Item# 07112196000 | Model# SS-I-139ESSET7

Dear Sir/Madam, My name is [REDACTED], and I am writing to report the incident that our patio table glass top broke by itself on the deck. We purchased a patio table set online via Sears on 09/02/2012 (please see the order information below). Last Thursday (04/11/2013), we found the glass top in the deck was broken into thousand pieces without any reason. My wife was at home for whole day but she was in upstairs most the time. My neighbor told my wife later that someone working in her house heard the sound from our deck around 10:30 AM that day, but he didn’t see anybody around the deck at that moment. I searched online to see if this type of incident happened before, and I found the following information: http://dfw.cbslocal.com/2012/07/26/feds-mum-on-glass-top-patio-table-warnings/ I have reported this incident to our county office of customer affairs. They asked me to report this incident to Consumer Product Safety Commission.

    Thank you!

    Sincerely, [REDACTED]
