The product, in the report: Description from HomeDepot.com: This 6 ft. Center-Fold Table with its 200 lb. capacity is perfect for parties, gatherings and other events. Use it for extra seating space for large meals or to provide additional room for games, activities or as a display table. The table conveniently folds in half for storage and ease of transport. Easily portable, great for both indoors and outdoors Super tough blow molded PE top, wont crack, peel chip or stain High quality powder-coated steel frame is strong and weather resistant Red lever lock, interlocking table top design, nylon carry handle Note: product may vary by store MFG Model # : 3072F-004 MFG Part # : 3072F

I purchased a folding table from my local Home Depot. The first one I bought wouldn’t stay closed for transportation, so I returned it. The second one had a broken weld and wouldn’t stand, so I exchanged that one for one that we verified in the store was intact. Tonight when I set up the table at home the center joint closest to me failed, dumping the equipment on the table on me and the floor.
