The product, in the report: Glass topped patio table. The glass shattered into a large number of small shards, in a mild breeze during a gathering in our back yard. Thank God no one was sitting at the table or standing near it. If anyone was sitting at the table they would have been seriously injured. I bought this table (approx 4ft x 8ft) from Home Depot, 7 piece patio set, on May 29, 2005 in Windsor, California. The SKU # is 389-701
I have completed two other full reports and have had them get “lost” in the system. On one of the reports, I pushed the “next” button and apparently lost the text. On the second version, I pushed “save” and apparently lost the text. Could you please check and see if either of these reports are still available? My e-mail address and the one I used in filling out the form is [REDACTED]. This product is really dangerous and could cause serious injuries.
