The product, in the report: 42” round, 1/2” thick tempered glass tabletop with beveled edges.
I purchased a 42” round, 1/2” thick tempered glass beveled tabletop from GlassTopsDirect.com less than two years ago. Today it spontaneously exploded and shards shot 20 feet away into the next room. No one was in the room at the time but we could have been seriously hurt if we were sitting at the table or even standing nearby.
