The product, in the report: Sears Garden Oasis Harrison 7 piece dining set. Item #7134582, Model # SS-I-139NSSET. Table dimensions 36Lx62Wx27.5H with a glass top.
7 piece patio set including table with glass top was purchased from Sears on 5/12/2014. It is the Garden Oasis Harrison set (item #7134582). The glass table top shattered on 1/23/15. There was nothing on the table at the time, the umbrella was not installed at the time and the weather was very mild (central Florida). Thankfully, no one was sitting at the table when it shattered, because glass shards covered my entire patio. This is a design defect and a safety issue (there are many more incidents of this in online reviews). Sears Co and the manufacturer not only refuse to replace the glass, but their only solution is to make the purchaser buy the SAME type of replacement glass, with the same design defect.
