My family has an Applaro Drop Leaf Table from IKEA. During a family dinner, my 2 yr old was seated at the end of the table with the leaf extended. When she leaned on the extended leaf, it spontaneously became detached from the center table, flipped over 180 degrees and hit her in the face.
